Qatar buildings light up in Oman flag colours

Qatar celebrates Oman National Day by projecting the Omani flag on many iconic buildings in Doha on the occasion of the country's 47th National Day.

The twitterati shared pictures of Sheraton-Doha, the Museum of Islamic Art and the Torch Hotel in Aspire all covered in white, red and green colors of the Omani flag. They congratulated the brothers in the Sultanate on the National Day, calling on Allah to preserve and maintain on them the blessing of security, peace and prosperity.

Oman celebrates its national day on the 18th of November every year. It is a memory of the great cultural achievements and the highest values of honor, belonging and allegiance throughout the land of Oman under the wise leadership of HM Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
