Kuwaiti, Iraqi FMs discuss regional issues
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Nov 17 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received Friday a phone call from Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari, and discussed ways of cementing bilateral relations.
