(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Coinciding with the 47th National Day celebrations, Muscat University marked its official opening on Tuesday.

The celebration was held under the patronage of H H Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tariq al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan. Addressing the gathering at the opening ceremony, Professor Yusra Mouzughi, interim vice-chancellor of Muscat University, said, 'The university aims to provide quality education in the country in cooperation with the British universities of Aston and Cranfield.'
