North Korean people claim Trump "sentenced to death"

(MENAFN) A week after President Trump's speech to South Korean's National Assembly where he insulted Pyongyang, a North Korean state media claimed he was "sentenced to death by the Korean people."

The North Korean newspaper Rodong Sinmun released an editorial which read "he should know that he is just a hideous criminal sentenced to death by the Korean people, he will be forced to pay dearly for his blasphemy any moment."

It continued reading "the Korean people will regard the face of Trump as a symbol of wolf-like U.S. imperialism and as a target of merciless retaliation and send him to the hell he likes so much to tout."

During a speech to the legislative body of South Korea a week ago, President Trump has pledged that the United Stated will secure itself along with its allies against Pyongyang's nuclear threat.
