Brexit bill: UK called for key issues clarification by EU chief negotiator


(MENAFN) The chief negotiator of bloc warned that if progress is to be accomplished in Brexit talks, the UK ought to clarify main issues or make concessions in two weeks.

Michel Barnier was speaking following the meeting with the Brexit secretary for discussions over the Irish border, citizens' rights and the UK's "divorce bill". It was stated by David Davis that it was time for both parties "to work to find solutions."

Prior to the talks, Theresa May insisted that she wished the exit date of the UK to be set in law, she as well notified MPs not to block Brexit.
