Former Trump aide to deny claims related to Gulen removal

(MENAFN) According to the attorney representing Michael Flynn, ex-White House aide's declination of a proposal worth $15m offered to assist in deporting a Muslim cleric to Turkey is a false claim.

The unsuccessful revolution of July 2016 has been pinned on Fethullah Gulen by Turkey, claiming he was responsible for it. Thus, it was constantly requested by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to exile Fethullah Gulen from the United States where he resides in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Flynn argued about the possibility of transporting Mr. Gulen to the Turkish prison island of Imrali on a private jet, as well as offering payment, according to The Wall Street Journal.
