Saudi Crown Prince tackles current developments with French Pres.


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RIYADH, Nov 10 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz has met with French President Emmanuel Macron discussing bilateral relations, regional developments and strategic partnership.

Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said, late on Thursday, that the meeting in Riyadh also highlighted ways to further improve bilateral cooperation as part of Saudi vision 2030.

They also discussed latest developments in the Middle East and efforts being exerted for security and stability of the region, including joint coordination in the fight against terrorism.

The French president expressed France's condemnation of targeting Riyadh city by a ballistic missile launched by Al-Houthi coup militias, stressing France's stand and solidarity with the Kingdom.

The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Adel Ahmad Al-Jubeir and a number of senior Saudi and French officials.

Last night, the French leader arrived in the Saudi capital Riyadh after visiting the UAE. (end) od.mb
