Batting at No 8, Khushi struck five sixes and four boundaries to guide his team to 243 with Shahan Akram (54) and Arun Poulose (44) providing notable contributions.
Later, Assarain bowlers - Vinukumar Gopalakrishnan, Shakeel Ahmed and Akram – restricted the opposition to 192 for eight in 50 overs for a deserving win.
