(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Nov 7 (KUNA) -- Navigation operations at Shuwaikh Port are normal despite decrease in visibility due to fog, Kuwait Ports Authority (KPA) said on Tuesday.
Director of Operations Captain Bader Al-Enezi told KUNA that the maritime traffic in Kuwait is normal, noting that the weather factors such as wind speed and visibility remains at the allowed limits to maintain a safe navigation.
Al-Enezi added that the observation tower at the port is monitoring the weather around the clock.
Meteorological Department said on its website that over Marine Forecasts during the day that "Visibility will decrease due to fog and it will improve gradually with light variable wind to light to moderate south easterly wind, with speed of 06 - 28 km/h and some high clouds will appear later on."
