Qatar- Emir issues decrees ratifying various agreements

Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday Decree No 84 of 2017 ratifying agreement on cooperation in the field of combating organised crime between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria signed in Doha on 31/10/2016, which is annexed to this decree and has the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

The Emir also issued Decree No 84 of 2017 ratifying agreement on the exemption of visas for holders of diplomatic and private passports between Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Poland signed in Warsaw on 5/5/2017, which is annexed to this decree and has the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

The Emir also issued Decree No. 86 of 2017, ratifying a cooperation agreement in the field of education, higher education, scientific research and technology between Qatar and Kenya signed in Nairobi on 11/4/2017, which is annexed to this decree and has the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

His Highness also issued decree No 87 of 2017, ratifying a cooperation agreement in the cultural field between Qatar and Kenya signed in Nairobi on 11/4/2017, which is annexed to this decree and has the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday an instrument of ratification endorsing a draft agreement on economic, trade and technical cooperation between the governments of the State of Qatar and Republic of Liberia, signed in Doha on May 21, 2014.

The Emir also issued an instrument of ratification endorsing an agreement on air services between the governments of the State of Qatar and Turkmenistan, signed in Ashgabat on Mar. 7, 2016.
