(MENAFN) The Dubai Metro has resumed normal service after going through technical repairs, Al Bayan newspaper reported.
Due to a technical malfunction, the metro service was ceased between Jumeirah Lakes Towers and UAE Exchange stations.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the technical malfunction earlier, adding that the system would resume normally after undergoing repairs.
It apologized to commuters on the line from Al Rashidiya to Jebel Ali - at the section between Jumeirah Lakes Towers and the UAE Exchange, by a statement on its Twitter account.
