His Highness the Amir expressed condemnation of the horrific and criminal act that targeted the innocent, praying for souls of the deceased and wishing the wounded quick recovery.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah addressed cables of identical content to the US president. (end) rk
