Turkmenistan names new deputy finance minister

Dovranberdi Annaberdiev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan.
The relevant decree on his appointment was signed by the country's president.
Turkmenistan's Ministry of Finance and Economy was established recently. The new ministry united the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economy and Development.
This step was taken under a presidential decree in order to transform the financial, economic and banking complex of Turkmenistan, and improve its activities.
