(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) WhatsApp users across the world, including in India, on Friday experienced problems sending texts or unable to log into the app.
WhatsApp users took to social networking site Twitter to report issues with the service today within minutes of the chat app not working and soon #WhatsAppDown started trending.
But the service is back now and has been restored partially. Media reports mention that the chat service will function across the globe soon.
reported that WhatsApp server is downaround the world. The magazine quoted a WhatsApp spokesperson saying, "We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it."
