The Supreme Court today upheld an Appeal Court ruling against Parliamentarian Geetha Kumarasinghe's Parliament seat.
The ruling by the Appeal Court found that Geetha Kumarasinghe was not suitable to hold the post as a member of Parliament as she was a dual citizen. (Colombo Gazette)
