Jordan condemns terrorist attack in New York

Amman, Nov. 1 (Petra)--The government condemned the cowardly terrorist attack in Manhattan, New York that killed and injured a number of innocent people.
State Minister for Media Affairs Mohammad Momani said such cowardly terrorist attack affirm the dark ideologies and the criminal mindset of terrorists.
Momani, who is also the government spokesperson, stressed the need for concerted efforts to fight dark ideologies by all means.
He also offered the government's condolences to the US government and the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
