(MENAFN- Gulf Times) His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, His Highness the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani sent yesterday cables of condolences to US President Donald Trump and the American people on the victims of the criminal incident that left several killed and injured in south Manhattan in New York City. They expressed their strong condemnation of these acts that terrorise the innocent, wishing the speedy recovery of the injured. Meanwhile, Qatar has also denounced the incident. In a statement yesterday, the Foreign Ministry reiterated Qatar's full solidarity with the US government and its support for all measures taken to maintain security.
