(MENAFN)The Lebanese national football team has defeated North Korea 5-0 at Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium in Beirut, and has therefor been qualified for the 2019 Asian Cup.
Striker Hilal Al Hilweh and captain Hasan Maatouk scored two goals leading their team to take a commanding lead.
Lebanon team have been trying to make their first Asian Cup presence since hosting the tournament in 2000.
The team now sit at the top of Group B with 10 points from their first four games Under Coach Miodrag Radulovic.
