(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) An accident in Abu Dhabi slowed traffic on Al Khaleej Al Arabi St opposite towards Sheikh Zayed Street at 8:37am, according to the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport. By 8:27am, the accident was cleared.
No other accidents have been reported in Abu Dhabi or Dubai so far.
Meanwhile, morning rush slowed down traffic on Dubairoads, with heavy congestionon Mohammed Bin Zayed Road towards Dubai from Sharjah.
Tailbacks were reported with heavy congestion on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road from the National Paints roundabout in Sharjah to Dubai. Delays were also expected on Al Wahda Street.
Motorists are advised to drive safely and take alternate routes wherever possible.
