When the alleged incident happened, the 14 year-old Anthony Rapp claimed that the Hollywood star invited him to a party and appeared drunk.
The actor who was 26 said: "I honestly do not remember the encounter... but if I did behave then as he describes I owe him the sincerest apology."
After years of avoiding to rumors about his sexuality, Kevin Spacey has finally declared to be gay.
Rapp said that he was telling the incident after the Harvey Weinstein scandal went on.
