Ras Al Khaimah to install 95,000 surveillance cameras


(MENAFN) UAE"s emirate Ras Al Khaimah have successfully finished the installation of 95,000 surveillance cameras on all the roads and squares, according to a report.

These cameras keep an eye "on each and every nook of the emirate day and night and round the clock", according to a top officer.

Commander-in-Chief of the RAK Police, Major-General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, said that these surveillance cameras "have proved to be efficient in boosting security levels in the emirate".
