Kuwait condemns attack on policemen in Bahrain
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Oct 27 (KUNA) -- Kuwait strongly condemned a terrorist attack against a bus carrying policemen in Bahrain, which killed one and injured eight others Friday.
A bomb attack took place against the bus which was traveling on Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman road near Jedhafs city, northeast of Bahrain, killing one and wounded eight servicemen.
Kuwait stands firmly with the Kingdom of Bahrain and supports all measures to preserve security and stability, a foreign ministry source said in a statement.
He said these criminal acts would not discourage the people of Bahrain from their quest to defeat terror.
The source extended condolences for family of the victim and wished rapid recovery for the wounded. (end) bs
