Kuwaiti oil price up one cent to stand at USD 55.03 per barrel


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Oct 27 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went up one cent and settled at USD 55.03 per barrel Thursday, compared to USD 54.02 per barrel since last Wednesday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Friday.

In world markets, oil prices were up after Saudi Minister of oil comments on his country's commitment to end excessive supplies.

Oil crude price Brent mixed was up 86 cents to stand at USD 59.30 while the US crude Western Texas oil was also up 46 cents and settled at USD 52.64 per barrel. (end) asj.mb
