3 young Kuwaiti women sell Gold to by drugs


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Oct 26: Police have arrested three young Kuwaiti women for possessing and consuming drugs and handed them over to the General Department for Drugs Control, reports Al-Rai daily. The women were picked up in Ahmadi when they were riding in a car by a police patrol on routine duty in the area. The women appeared disoriented and police seized narcotic pills, meth drugs, consuming tools and cigarettes rolled in hashish from them. It is believed the women, when they ran out of cash to buy drugs, they sold their jewelry. It has been reported one of them is wanted by law in two financial claims worth KD 1,100.

Drugs found on girl: A young woman was arrested for the possession of 10 narcotic pills, some shabu and involvement in financial case for the amount KD 1,000, says Al-Seyassah. While patrolling in Salmiya, securitymen got suspicious when they noticed the unusual behavior of the young woman who was driving at the time. The officers instructed her to pull over for routine inspection which led to the discovery of the above mentioned items. The officers also checked the suspect's security records and they discovered she was involved in a financial case. The suspect was referred to the relevant security department for legal action. Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti was arrested in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh for the possession of an undisclosed quantity of shabu and drug paraphernalia. He was referred to the concerned security department for questioning and other legal measures.
