(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Oct.25 (Petra) -- Temperatures on Wednesday and Thursday are forecast to hover around their annual average, bringing autumn conditions across much parts of the Kingdom, while it will be warm in the Jordan Valley, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) .
A slight rise in mercury levels is expected on Friday, bringing warm conditions across the country, but with clouds at medium and high altitudes that will increase in the evening, with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures forecast for today in Amman will reach 27 degrees Celsius, in the northern parts 26 and in the southern cities they will register 21, dropping at night to 14, 15 and 12 respectively. Mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will jump to 32 degrees sliding to 21 at night, the JMD further said.
