Dr David Peacock
(MENAFN- The Conversation) Dr. David Peacock is the Executive Director of Community Service-Learning (CSL) at the University of Alberta. His research encompasses global service-learning, community-campus engagement, 'first generation' university students' participation in experiential learning programming, and comparative funding regimes in higher education for community-campus work. Dr. Peacock is an academic co-lead for the Community First Impacts of Community Engagement, a project designed to strengthen Canadian communities through action research on best practices in community-campus engagement.
