Oman- Shops in Buraimi found selling military clothes


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has said that it will take action against some shop owners in Buraimi who were found selling garments and accessories with objectional graphics.

Khadeem al Raysi, director of commerce and industry in Buraimi, said, 'The market monitoring teams found 26 shops selling military clothes and other items such as shirts, bags and shoes with symbols representing other countries.'

He added, 'The owners of the shops were notified of the importance of abiding by the Ministerial Decision No 270/2015 which bans import or sale of military clothes and other accessories.'
