ABU DHABI, 22nd October 2017 (WAM) - Krypto Labs has launched its main facility in Masdar City on Tuesday, which will serve as an all-in-one business incubator, accelerator and co-working space for innovative start-ups and individuals.
Spread over 2,600 square meters, the incubator has a tech shop, video and audio studio, fully-equipped meeting rooms, an event space, 3D-printing lab, top-quality ICT infrastructure and support.
"The launch of Krypto Labs heralds a new era for entrepreneurs and investors in the UAE. It is a fruitful outcome of a profound understanding of the challenges facing most of the ambitious start-ups. Krypto Labs is uniquely designed to serve as a co-working space for start-ups and individuals from anywhere in the world who want to develop innovative products and services across any industry, said Jassim Alseddiqi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Financial Group.
Dr Saleh AlHashemi, Managing Director of Krypto Labs said: "As Masdar was the entity that most aligned with our innovation vision, we decided to build Krypto Labs at Masdar City. We look forward to working with the best talents in the world and we welcome them to the UAE."
He revealed that they received over 2,000 applications from all around the world, just 50 days after launching the Krypto Labs Start-up Contest 2017.
