Kuwait- Driver betrays trust, lures sponsor's girl to immorality


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior Major General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah ordered the deportation of an Asian expatriate after putting his name on the blacklist to prevent him from re-entry, reports Al-Anba daily. The order was based on a complaint a Kuwaiti man lodged with officers at a police station in the Capital City saying an Asian man working as a driver induced his daughter into immoral acts inside a car, without considering the fact that the family was feeding him and paying his salary. The citizen documented the confession of the driver in a video clip showing the indecent act with the girl.

Nightmare wedding
A wedding ceremony in Sabah Al-Salem Area turned into a nightmare when the uncle of the bridegroom shot three members of the family in a family feud at the wedding hall, reports Al-Rai daily.

A security source said an eyewitness placed a distress call to the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry to report the incident, and rescue officers accompanied by paramedics went to the scene thereafter. Three injured persons, among them two siblings were rushed to Adan Hospital by paramedics.

One of the victims sustained gunshot wounds in the stomach and hand, while the second person was hit in the head, and the third endured a minor injury in the stomach. The accused person fled the scene after the incident but the police went after him later. He is said to have become incensed when he was denied entry to the female hall with the groom.
