Kuwaiti oil price down 28 cents to USD 53.94 per barrel


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Oct 21 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti crude oil down 28 cents on Friday and settled at USD 53.94 per barrel, compared to USD 54.22 per barrel last Thursday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Saturday.

In world markets, oil prices were up yesterday after reports of extreme cuts to Iraqi exports due to tension in Iraq's Kurdistan's region.

Oil crude price Brent mixed was up 52 cents to stand at USD 57.75 while the US crude oil also up 18 cents and settled at USD 51.47 per barrel. (end) asj.mb
