Education minister highlights strong ties between Jordan and UAE


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Abu Dhabi, Oct. 19 (Petra)--Minister of Education Omar Razzaz highlighted the strong ties between Jordan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in various fields.

In a statement to Petra at the conclusion of an officials visit to the UAE with chairman of the National Centre for Developing Curricula's higher council Adnan Badran, the minister said that the objectives of the visit will be achieved through opening new horizons for cooperation that will reflect on the development of the educational system in both countries.

Razazz spoke about the meetings held by the Jordanian delegation that included talks with a number of UEA ministers during which both sides agreed to activate cooperation agreements and memorandums singed by Jordan and the UAE in the educational field.

He also stressed the importance of Jordan's participation in the Forum of Ministers of Technical and Vocational Education that was attended by participants from 30 countries.
