(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi received yesterday a copy of the credentials of non-resident ambassador of Ireland to Qatar John Paul Kavanagh. The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs wished the new ambassador success in his duties and assured him of all the support to upgrade the bilateral relations between the two countries.
