Kuwait- Weather to be relatively hot today


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Oct 19, (KUNA): Head of Agricultural and Hydrological Forecast at the Meteorology Department Abdul-Aziz Al-Qarawi said the weather on Friday is expected to be relatively hot and wind changing direction at a speed ranging from six to 20 kilometers per hour, while the expected maximum temperature will range from 35 to 36 degrees Celsius.

In a statement to KUNA, Al-Qarawi disclosed that the weather at night will be moderate with wind changing direction at speed ranging from six to 20 kilometers per hour.

He added the minimum temperature will be between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius, whereas the sea will have light to moderate waves of about one to two feet.

On Saturday, the weather is expected to be relatively warm during the day and wind changing direction at a speed ranging from six to 20 kilometers per hour. The maximum temperature will be between 34 and 35 degrees Celsius, while the sea will have light to moderate waves of about one to two feet.

During the night, the weather is expected to be moderate with wind changing direction to northwesterly at light to moderate speed ranging from six to 26 kilometers per hour. The minimum temperature will be between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius. Al-Qarawi pointed out that autumn is considered a transitional period between summer and winter, so the temperature during the day tends to drop gradually and then stabilizes at night.
