A 3.0-magnitude quake struck the Caspian Sea Oct. 19 at 13:21 (UTC +4), according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 9 kilometers, no tremors were felt.
