(MENAFN) Domino's is still making its way through Europe, as it invests 32m Euro in Hallo Pizza, the German chain.
The cost of incorporating the 170 stores into Domino's Pizza Deutchland, in which Domino's will have the bigger steak, will be between 52.6m and 63.1m Dollars
Domino's Pizza's CEO said: "The acquisition of Hallo Pizza strengthens our leading market position and assists DPE to accelerate towards achieving its target of operating 1,000 stores in Germany."
Funding Domino's share will in cash and in debt, and mentioned it would spend more to make the German business more proficient.
