(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The recently-signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Oman Football Association (OFA) and Qatar Football Association (QFA) has been hailed as the beginning of a new era of bilateral cooperation, according to the OFA chief executive, Said Othman al Balushi.

On Thursday, the OFA chief, Sheikh Salim al Wahaibi, and his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani signed the deal in Doha, Qatar.
