(MENAFN) Spanish authorities accused the Real Madrid footballer Marcelo of tax fraud of a total 490,000 Euro (576,000 USD).
According to Madrid's public prosecutor, the claimed irregularities are associated with the use of foreign companies to manage the incomes of his image rights.
Marcelo would be the latest footballer to be trailed by Spanish tax authorities, and he hasn't yet commented.
Other Football players were also accused of tax fraud in Spain such as: Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Jose Mourinho, Sandro Rosellr, Neymar and Javier Mascherano.
