OPEC's World Oil Outlook witnessed increase in oil demands


(MENAFN) As Annual World Oil Outlook of OPEC will be released on Nov.7, OPEC's Secretary-General Mohammed Barkindo commented positively through a report in Kuwait this week.

The medium-term outlook for oil demand is set for a significant increase to 2022 with healthy average annual expansion, according to Barkindo.

The average annual increase of demand during the period is forecast at almost 1.2 million barrels per day (bpd), while oil demand is set to increase by 6.9 million bpd between 2016 and 2022, rising to 102.3 million bpd.
