(MENAFN) Kurdish forces are losing more territory in Iraq, pulling out from the town of Sinjar, after Iraqi forces drove them out of Kirkuk.
The Kurdish independence referendum was not only rejected by government in Baghdad, but also by the US, Turkey and Iran.
But ever since, the Iraqi forces fought IS along with the Kurds, Baghdad has insisted Kirkuk and its areas should be returned to the central government.
