Hundreds were fired from Tesla
(MENAFN) As a result of a company-wide annual review, Tesla fired around 400 workers in the US this week, including supervisors, team leaders and associates.
A former employee said: "It's about 400 people ranging from associates to team leaders to supervisors. We don't know how high up it went."
Despite the fact that Tesla referred to performance as the motive of the firings, a source said he was fired regardless of never having been given a bad review.
The Palo Alto company said that "production bottlenecks" has left Tesla behind its planned increasing of the new Model 3 mass-market sedan.
