Etihad flight divert destination over technical warning


(MENAFN) After a warning indicator activated within the cockpit, an Etihad Airways flight departing from Abu Dhabi to Sydney was forced to safe land at Australia's Adelaide Airport early on Saturday.

Etihad flight EY450 crew had to divert the plane's destination and landed at Adelaide Airport, South Australia, due to a technical fault warning.

Along with the crew, 349 passengers on board got off the Boeing 777 jet using emergency exits, according to online news service Adelaide Advertiser.
