Yemen welcomes U.S. strategy towards Iran

Aden, Muharram 23, 1439, October 13, 2017, SPA -- Yemen today welcomed the new strategy which illustrates Iran's attempts to use Houthi militias as human shields to destabilize the region.
In a statement, the Yemeni government said the Iranian regime has long sought to export violence and terror to destabilize its neighbors in the region.
It said the Iranian revolutionary guard supports and arms the Houthis in Yemen, providing them with developed missiles and other technologies, including floating mines, explosive boats which would not only threaten the stability and security of the region but also the freedom of navigation in the Red Sea.
The statement said Iran's dangerous and ugly behavior should halt to pave the way for peace to overwhelm in the region.
