OIC condemns attack on military post in Egypt's Arish city
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) JEDDAH, Oct 13 (KUNA) -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned Friday the terror attack that targeted a military post in Arish city in the eastern region of Egypt.
Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen, the OIC Secretary General, said in a statement that the organization condemned all forms of terrorism, which threatens civilians as well as military and security personnel in Egypt.
The attack, resulting in the death of six soldiers, is strongly denounced by the OIC, affirmed, Dr. Al-Othaimeen who indicated that the organization stood in solidarity with the Egyptian leadership and people against this heinous act. (end) nh.gta
