(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, Oct 13 (KUNA) -- Three members of the Egyptian armed forces were killed in a terror which occurred in Arish city, east of Cairo, said a statement Friday.
Terrorists have used firearms and explosives during the attack, said the Egyptian armed forces.
It seems that some of the terror operatives were either killed or injured during clashes with the army, said the statement.
The army is combing the area and it is in pursuit of the assailants. (end) hdr.gta
