Umicore share split

(MENAFNEditorial) Umicore share split Umicore's shareholders approved a two-for-one share split at the Company's extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 7 September 2017.

As a result, effective as from Monday 16 October 2017, Umicore's capital will be represented by 224,000,000 fully paid-up shares without nominal value, each representing 1/224,000,000 of the capital, coupon 1 attached. Each share has one voting right.

Only the new split shares (ISIN code BE0974320526) will be traded on the Regulated Market of Euronext Brussels from Monday 16 October 2017 onwards.
