Internal investigations at Banque Saudi Fransi


(MENAFN) An independent investigation has been launched by Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) into alleged violations linked to the payment of employee bonuses, where it forced Mohamad Abdulhadi, a senior director at the bank to retire.

The bank's inquiry is aiming at clearing ambiguity relating to employee incentives and to ensure they comply with the regulatory framework.

"The BSF board of directors has announced the launching of the probe (over) complaints regarding the flouting of norms in a number of operations, which were carried out in previous years resulting in violation of the approved employees' incentive policy", According to a statement posted on the Tadawul website.
