(MENAFN- Somali Land Sun) Somalilandsun- Ethiopia and Somaliland have conveyed aspiration on strengthening joint collaboration on issues of mutual benefit.
Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn and Chairman of Somaliland's Kulmiye party, Mr. Musa BihiAbdi, have discussed ways of reinforcing bilateral cooperation.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Abdi expressed his country's keenness to team up with Ethiopia on security, trade and people-to-people relations.
Prime Minister Hailemariam for his part affirmed Ethiopia's readiness to join up with Somaliland on matters of shared interest.
According to a high-level government official who attended the meeting, Hailemariam also pledged Ethiopia's support to making Somaliland's upcoming presidential election a success.
