Fitr, an official said on Wednesday. Najibullah, in charge of order implementation at the appellant attorney office, said the free inmates were jailed in ordinary crimes.
Col. Sediqullah Umari, in chargef Badakhshan central jail, said over 400 inmates 50 of them women were being kept at the jail indicted in different crimes. He said the prison building was over 100 years old and there was no suitable for inmates in the jail.
