BUCHAREST, 6th October, 2017 (WAM) -- Calin Popescu-Tariceanu, Speaker of the Senate of Romania, met on Thursday Sheikh Ahmed Ali Al Mu'alla, UAE Ambassador to Romania.
They discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries and the importance of intensifying dialogue at the parliamentary and government levels. Al Mu'alla and Tariceanu also reviewed ways to enhance the economic, cultural and educational partnership.
The Romanian Senate Speaker said that the UAE is currently the most important trade partner of Romania in the GCC.
