Kuwaiti oil price up 61 cents to USD 53.32 per barrel


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Oct 6 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went up 61 cents Thursday to settle at USD 53.32 per barrel, compared to USD 52.71 per barrel last Wednesday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Friday.

In world markets, oil prices were up in support of reports of extending oil production decrease by OPEC, and other big producers.

Oil crude price Brent mixed was up USD 1.20 to stand at USD 57.00 while the US crude oil up 81 cents and settled at USD 50.79 per barrel. (end) asj.mb
